By purchasing from Jenith, you are deemed to have acknowledged and agreed to all T&Cs. Jenith reserves the right to amend the T&Cs at any time without prior notice.
- Simply add item to your shopping cart. Do ensure that the correct size/color are selected as no changes will be allowed upon check out so that all orders can be processed efficiently.
- Orders cannot be amended once they have been confirmed and we will not be held liable for any wrong orders made due to human errors.
- Once order is confirmed and payment is made, no cancellation or change of orders will be allowed.
- All shoes do not come with shoe box. If required, do include it in the remark box upon carting out.
- Kindly ensure all information submitted during check out is correct to avoid any delays during shipping. Additional delivery charge will be charged for delivery failure due to erroneous information provided.
- In any event that you have a discount code, kindly input the code before checking out to enjoy the discount. Refunds will not be provided if the codes are not applied at point of purchase.
- Ready-stock items will be shipped out within 3-4 working days (unless otherwise stated) upon confirmation of orders. Mailing days include weekdays only, excluding weekends and public holidays.
- For backorder: Submission of orders to our factory will be on next working day after backorder closes. (Example: 31st July is a Sunday, submission of orders to our factory will be on 1st Aug, Monday. It will only arrive in 3.5-4 working weeks from submission date)
- Do join only if you're comfortable with the waiting time. Items are available on first come first serve basis. Should the item be out of stock, store credits will be issued for your next purchase.
- Orders are shipped out accordingly via order number. To better streamline our operations and reduce inventory errors, we do not accept combined shipment requests for two separate orders.
- Please note that order value for free shipping applies to the total value of the cart after discount codes are applied.
- For orders inclusive of both ready-stock and backorder items, parcels will only be mailed out when the backorder item arrives. If you would like to receive the ready-stock items first, please select the option to send out ready-stock item upon check out.
Each customer is allowed to register one account. Duplicated/fabricated accounts created by the same individual with duplicate names/address will not be eligible for promotion.
Birthday discount can only be applied once a year. If you have your date of birth wrongly registered and the discount has already been applied to previous orders, we will not be able to amend till the start of the following year.
Discount / Promo code are not applicable to Jenith Beauty/Wellness.
- We allow a one time return
- Courier fee will have to be completely borne by customer.
- Item must be purchased at regular price to be eligible for return. Orders purchased with credit note, promo code or discount voucher will not be valid for returns.
- We provide a one week warranty after products have arrived. Returns only cover manufacturing defect.
All items sold on Jenith are brand new unless otherwise stated.

We will reach out to you via email in case of bounced parcels. An additional fee will be charged to have it redelivered to you.
Jenith retains the right to keep any bounced mail that remains unclaimed after 3 months, and we will not be further liable for it.
