1) Local Standard Shipping:
All local orders are handled by Ninjavan
Flat rate $4.90
Orders above $120 will enjoy Complimentary Local Standard Shipping.
All Standard Shipping comes with tracking and SMS notification from the courier on the day of delivery.
Do expect additional 3-4 working days for processing and dispatching of orders during sale and festive period.
Do ensure that your mailing address provided is accurate.
We will not be held responsible for any packages sent back due to inaccurate or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Re-shipment cost of $4.90 will be borne by the buyer.
Local doorstep couriers deliver between 9am to 10pm from Monday to Friday, 9am to 2pm on Saturday.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you are contactable by the deliveryman via your mobile number provided.
Should you be uncontactable after 3 failed attempts, a re-delivery fee of $4.90 charged by the courier is required to re-deliver your package.
Do note that orders with special requests will be delayed in the packing process and shipment.

2) Back-order Item(s):
For orders inclusive of both ready-stock and backorder items, parcels will only be mailed out when the backorder item arrives.
If you would like to receive the ready-stock items first, please select the option to send out ready-stock item upon check out.
3) Standard International Shipping (Malaysia only):
Standard international shipping to Malaysia takes about 7-14 working days* for West Malaysia and 14-21 working days* for East Malaysia.
All standard international parcels will be dispatched by Ninjavan Malaysia for delivery.
4) Express International Shipping:
Express international shipping is sent via Speedpost and will take approximately 14-21 working days* depending on the country of delivery.
For international orders, taxes or duty fees may apply. Jenith will coordinate any additional cost, however, additional cost will be borned by the customer.
