1) Simply add item to your shopping cart. Do ensure that the correct size/color are selected as no changes will be allowed upon check out so that all orders can be processed efficiently. Orders cannot be amended once they have been confirmed and we will not be held liable for any wrong orders made due to human errors.
2) Once order is confirmed and payment is made, no cancellation or change of orders will be allowed.
3) Kindly ensure all information submitted during check out is correct to avoid any delays during shipping. Additional delivery charge applies for delivery failure due to erroneous information provided.
5) Ready-stock items will be shipped out within 3-4 working days (unless otherwise stated) upon confirmation of orders. Mailing days include weekdays only, excluding weekends and public holidays.
6) For backorder: Submission of orders to our factory will be on next working day after backorder closes. (Example: 31st July is a Sunday, submission of orders to our factory will be on 1st Aug, Monday. It will only arrive in 3.5-4 working weeks from submission date)
7) Do join only if you're comfortable with the waiting time. Items are available on first come first serve basis. Should the item be out of stock, store credits will be issued for your next purchase.
8) Orders are shipped out accordingly via order number. To better streamline our operations and reduce inventory errors, we do not accept combined shipment requests for separate orders.
10) For orders inclusive of both ready-stock and backorder items, parcels will only be mailed out when the backorder item arrives. If you would like to receive the ready-stock items first, please select the option to send out ready-stock item upon check out.
Payments:
JENITH provides 3 payment methods: Credit/ Debit cards, Atome and PayPal. All orders made after payment are final. Strictly no cancellations / refunds.
Any reimbursement made by JENITH will be in form of store credits (validity of 3 months)
Shipping charges, duties and/or taxes will be borne by the buyer and are non-refundable.
