JENITH satin shoe bag will only be provided for purchase above 2 pairs. Not applicable to sale items. 

If the button shows "add to cart", it means that item is ready-stock and ready to ship within 2-3 working days upon confirmation of payment.

If the button shows "place backorder" , it means that item is on backorder and will typically arrive in 3.5-4 working weeks after backorder closes. 

You may check out as guest however we strongly encouraged you to create an account for better tracking of your purchase and to enjoy our rewards points system.

These are items that was previously sold out due to popular demand and will be remade by our factory.

Expected waiting time is 3.5-4 working weeks and 4.5-5 weeks during peak period.

Simply add item to your shopping cart. Do ensure that the correct size/color are selected as no changes will be allowed upon check out so that all orders can be processed efficiently.

Orders cannot be amended once they have been confirmed and we will not be held liable for any wrong orders made due to human errors.

Orders are shipping out accordingly via order number. To better streamline our operations and reduce inventory errors, we do not accept combined shipment requests for two separate orders.

Yes! Store credits and discount codes are stackable.

Do note that this is a one time return code, purchases made using partial or full store credits from a previous return will not be eligible for any refund/return.

In any event that you have a discount code, kindly input the code before checking out to enjoy the discount. Refunds will not be provided if the codes are not applied at point of purchase.

For a wrong item sent, we will arrange a one to one exchange with the correct item.
