Return & Exchange

As of 16 March 2022, we strictly do not perform any exchange for all orders.

Returns:To qualify for a return, please email us at sales@shopjenith.com within 5 working days from shipped date else the exchange will be void. 

Once the request has been approved by us, you’ll receive instructions via email to mail the item back to us via a trackable mode of postage.

TO QUALIFY FOR RETURN:

  1. Returns are applicable on regular priced and exclude sale items, accessories.
  2. Discounts, Gift voucher & Store Credits were not used in the order.
  3. Item must be in brand new condition with its original transparent JENITH packaging intact, unworn.
  4. Defective / Wrong product / Wrong size received.

DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR THE FOLLOWING:

  1. All apparels / bags / footwear are handmade with love. Measurements may differ slightly and will not be considered as defect.
  2. Dislike or change of mind after purchase.
  3. Cutting does not suits you.
  4. For Size 34, 41, 42, 43 and customized footwear.
  5. Glue Stain.
  6. Quality not up to expectation or customer's subjective opinions and preference.
  7. Folds found on footwear straps (due to bubble wrapping).
  8. Scratches made during manufacturing.
  9. Slight scratches on costume jewelry.
  10. Discounts, Gift voucher & Store Credits were used in the order.
  11. Jenith will void returns should you purchase our merchandise from a third party, or for merchandise not in its original condition.

DEFECTIVE ITEM / WRONG ITEM RECEIVED: 

We sincerely apologize for our oversight.

Kindly drop us an email at sales@shopjenith.com within 5 working days from shipped date else it will be void. Do include a snapshot of the incorrect item and highlight area of defect, along with your order number for verification purposes. Please wait for further instructions.

  1. Item must be in brand new condition with its original transparent JENITH packaging intact, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
  2. Shipping fees incurred to send the item back to us will be credited into your store credit voucher and exchange for the exact same colour/ design will be processed. An exchange for another item is not allowed. 
  3. In the event that the merchandise you originally purchased is sold out, a credit voucher with no expiry date will be issued.
  4. We do not have a cash refund policy.

HOW DO I RETURN THE ITEM?

Kindly wait for further instructions before sending the parcel back to us. 
All return mails must be sent back to us via a trackable delivery mode within 5 working days of approval. (E.g. Singpost’ Registered mail/Singpost’ Smartpac delivery with tracking). We will not be responsible for any lost mails.

Any return received after the stipulated time will be void. Postage costs ($5) will have to be completely borne by the customer to resend the item back to you.

Upon receiving the return parcel, you’ll receive the refund via store credits, after which you may purchase the correct item of your choice. Do note that this is a one time return code, strictly no exchanges/refunds/returns.

Returns will be only be in form of store credits with validity of 3 months. We do not have a cash refund policy.

I WAS NOT IN SINGAPORE WHEN I RECEIVED THE ITEM

For customers who were overseas during the first 5 days, upon receiving your parcel, and wish to return your item(s),
please produce the necessary documents to support your return request. (E.g Scan copy of your travel declaration, with full details)

If the above conditions are not met, Jenith reserves the right to deny your return. Shipping fees will have to be paid for the items to be shipped back to you.
