Returns

Once a product has been sold, it cannot be exchanged except for the following:

For apparels: Strictly no return/refund unless product(s) received are different from what is stated on the invoice 

For beauty /wellness: No exchanges due to hygiene reasons. More details here

For Jenith Footwear: Strictly no returns for Size 34, 43 and customized shoes. 

Exchange of product/size:

Size exchanges (for Jenith footwear) will no longer be available from 16 March 2022 onwards.

Returns:

To qualify for a return, please email us at sales@shopjenith.com within 5 working days from shipped date else the exchange will be void. Kindly wait for further instructions before sending the parcel back to us.

1) Returns are applicable on regular priced and exclude sale items, bralette/lingerie and accessories. Orders purchased with a return code, promo code or discount voucher will also not be valid for returns. 

2) Strictly no returns/exchanges for Size 34, 43 and customized footwear.

3) Item must be in brand new condition with its original transparent JENITH packaging intact, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.

4) Jenith will void returns should you purchase our merchandise from a third party, or for merchandise not in its original condition.

5) You will receive an email with Jenith’s return and mailing details, and your return must reach us within 5 working days. Any return received after the stipulated time will be void. Postage costs ($3.99) will have to be completely borne by the customer to resend the item back to you.

6) We strongly encouraged customers to mail your return parcel via a traceable mode of shipping and inform us your tracking number so we can keep a look out. Jenith will not be responsible for any lost or damaged packages. 

7) You’ll receive a store credit refund via Store Credits, after which you may purchase the correct item of your choice. Do note that this is a one time return code, strictly no exchanges/refunds/returns.

8) Returns will be only be in form of store credits with validity of 3 months.

9) We do not have a cash refund policy.

If the above conditions are not met, Jenith reserves the right to deny your return. Shipping fees will have to be paid for the items to be shipped back to you.

 

Take note that the below will not be considered as defects and not eligible for any return:

    • Dislike or change of mind after purchase
    • Quality not up to expectation or customer's subjective opinions and preference
    • Footwear: All are handmade with love. Measurements may differ slightly and will not be considered as defect.
    • Folds found on footwear straps (due to bubble wrapping)
    • Apparels: Measurements may vary 0.5 to 1 inch due to mass manufacturing processes.The method of measurement may differ slightly from person to person, hence in this case, there may be slight discrepancies due to the way the product is measured. 
    • Slight colour difference resulting from the difference on individual's monitor, minor defects such as loose threads, slight misalignment of seams, dropping of buttons which can be sewn on etc
    • Cutting does not suits you
    • Scratches made during manufacturing
    • Glue Stain
    • Color runs
    • Slight scratches on costume jewelry.
    • We strongly advised that all items are to be hand-washed with cold water and NOT soaked. We do not guarantee that the items will not be altered (colour runs, size shrinks etc..) after washed or soaked and if this happens, JENITH will not be responsible. 
    • For printed items, do allow for slight variance as every individual piece may appear differently due to fabric placement.
    • Sale item(s)/ items bought with promo code/flash sale discounts are not eligible for returns/exchanges or issue of credit note(s).

      We do make sure to do a through inspection on the pieces before they are sent out. JENITH will not be responsible for the damage caused by delivery rough handling and no exchange/refund will be made.

       

      Defective item / Wrong item received:

      We sincerely apologize for our oversight.

      Kindly drop us an email at sales@shopjenith.com within 5 working days from shipped date else it will be void. Do include a snapshot of the incorrect item and highlight area of defect, along with your order number for verification purposes. Please wait for further instructions. 

      1)  Item must be in brand new condition with its original transparent JENITH packaging intact, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.

      2) Shipping fees incurred to send the item back to us will be credited into your store credit voucher and exchange for the exact same colour/ design will be processed. An exchange for another item is not allowed.

      3) In the event that the merchandise you originally purchased is sold out, a credit voucher with no expiry date will be issued. 

      4) We do not have a cash refund policy.

      If the above conditions are not met, Jenith reserves the right to deny your return. Shipping fees will have to be paid for the items to be shipped back to you.
