Terms & Conditions 
Kindly take some time to read the terms and conditions before placing any order to ensure a fuss free and enjoyable shopping experience.
Jenith reserves the right to amend the Terms&Conditions at any time without prior notice.


How to shop:

To make a purchase, simply add item to your shopping cart. Do ensure that the correct size/ color are selected as no changes will be allowed upon check out.

Orders will be processed after payment is received. All our items are on preorder basis. Usually takes 1.5-2.5 weeks time (excluding weekends & public holidays) , OR earlier to arrive. Do join only if you're comfortable with the waiting time. 

There will be no refund even if the item is out of stock.  It will be store as credits for the next purchase. 

No refunds will be made once payment made for item in regardless of any reasons.

Delivery Information: 
All local normal/registered mails delivery mails are handled by SingPost unless otherwise stated.
a) Normal postage: From $1.70 
b) Registered postage: From $3.94
Normal mailing usually takes 2-3 working days and it may even take up to 7 working days due to festive seasons.
No tracking number will be provided hence we are not liable for any lost mails.
In the event, when you place several items and which ever item arrives, it will be mailed out first. 

Refunds & Exchange policy :

Once a product has been sold, it cannot be exchanged except for the following:

- Product(s) received are different from what is stated on the invoice

To qualify for a return/exchange, please ensure that:
1) the exchange tag is still intact
2) the item is unworn/unwashed
3) the item is in a brand new condition

 Take note that the below will not be considered as defects:

    • Dislike or change of mind after purchase
    • Slight colour difference resulting from the difference on individual's monitor, minor defects such as loose threads, slight misalignment of seams, dropping of buttons which can be sewn on etc
    • Cutting does not suits you
    • Scratches made during manufacturing
    • For printed items, do allow for slight variance as every individual piece may appear differently due to fabric placement.

      We do make sure to do a through inspection on the pieces before they are sent out. Shop Jenith will not be responsible for the damage caused by Post Office's rough handling and no exchange/refund will be made

      Defective item / Wrong item received:

      Kindly email us at askshopjenith@gmail.com with a snapshot of the defect or incorrect piece for us to advise you further.

      For such cases, we would require you to send us photos of the defect within 5 days from date of delivery, we will process on a case-by-case basis whether the problem is valid. 

      Once the duration is expired, it will be void, we will not accept the return of the item. 

      If the defect is found, you may send the defect piece back to us through normal postage((fully absorbed by us!). 

      Postage charges incurred will be refunded via store credits

      There will strictly not be any cash refunds. 

      Product information :

      All items sold on Jenith are brand new unless otherwise stated

      All prices stated on www.shopjenith.blogspot.com are in Singapore Dollars ( SGD )

      Please clarify all doubts before confirming your purchase.
      Make sure your orders are correct before sending them to us, we're not liable for any mistakes

      Slight differences in measurements by 0.5" - 1" due to mass production of products

      Image as seen on Jenith, are displayed as accurately as possible. The actual colours you see are dependent on your computer’s resolution. Hence we are unable to guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colours will be the exact shade as the colours of our product.


      Bounced Mail:
      In an event that your parcel bounces back to us, for any reason, Jenith will contact you personally.
      Postage cost will be borne by the customer should it be due to "Unclaimed at PO/ Incorrect/ Insufficient Address" etc.
      If it was an error made by Jenith, we will bear the re-delivery cost.

      Jenith retains the right to keep any bounced mail that remains unclaimed after 3 Months, and we will not be further liable for it.
